At ARW Offroad & Performance, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the custom and performance nature of many of our items, we have the following policy:

Return Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and in original packaging with all hardware and accessories.
  • All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Custom Builds & Special Order Items

  • All custom Jeep builds, fabricated parts, and special-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

Standard / In-Stock Products

  • Eligible items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days.
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns (except defective or wrong items).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Electronics & Electrical Components

  • All electronics, lighting, wiring harnesses, controllers (including sPOD), and electrical parts are non-returnable once opened or installed.
  • Unopened electronics may be accepted for return on a case-by-case basis with a 25% restocking fee.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item

  • If we shipped the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost or issue a full refund (including original shipping).
  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Defective items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded with no restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or partially used parts
  • Custom built or modified items
  • All electronics and electrical components (after opening/installation)
  • Clearance, closeout, or discontinued items

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (except when the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item).

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us first at returns@arwoffroad.com please also follow up the next business day at 281-612-5337 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Include the RA number on the package.
  3. Ship the return to: ARW Offroad & Performance [Insert Your Full Return Address] Spring, Texas
