At ARW Offroad & Performance, we strive to ship your orders quickly and reliably. Some items are fulfilled from our shop in Spring, Texas, while others ship directly from the manufacturer.

Processing Time

• In-stock items fulfilled from our shop are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Items that ship directly from the manufacturer usually ship within 3–7 business days.
• Custom builds, fabricated parts, and special-order items have longer lead times. You will be notified of the estimated timeline after ordering.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

• Free Shipping on all non-freight items with orders over $250 (continental U.S. only).
• Freight Items (including bumpers, winches, wheels, tires, suspension kits, roof racks, axles, etc.) have shipping calculated directly at checkout.
• Orders under $250 will have standard shipping calculated at checkout.

Shipping Methods

• Items fulfilled from our shop use UPS, FedEx, and trusted freight carriers.
• Items that ship directly from the manufacturer will use the manufacturer’s preferred carrier.
• Expedited Shipping is available at additional cost on eligible items during checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

• We ship to most addresses in the continental United States.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii without prior approval (additional fees may apply).
• Signature may be required on high-value or freight orders.

Additional Information

• Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order (or individual items) ships.
• For orders with multiple items, you may receive separate tracking numbers if items ship from different locations.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or manufacturers.
• Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.
