Motobilt Adjustable Track Bar Frame Mount

Motobilt's adjustable track bar frame mounts provide three mounting positions for a custom track bar setup. Use the Mounting Position selector to choose the inside-frame mount or the outside-frame bracket kit for your build.

Choose your mounting position

• Inside, MB1541: Designed to mount on the inside of the frame rail. Sold individually, one inside-frame mount per unit ordered.
• Outside, MB1540: Designed to mount on the outside of the frame. Sold as a bracket kit consisting of three 1/4-inch-thick steel plates. Ships unwelded; welding is required.

Shared specifications

• Material: 1/4-inch-thick steel plate.
• Manufacturing: laser cut and CNC formed in-house at Motobilt.
• Mounting positions: three holes, each 5/8 inch in diameter.
• Mounting width: 1.75 inches.

Outside-frame assembly requirement

The MB1540 outside-frame kit ships unwelded and requires welding. Its three plates form the bracket; this is not a kit containing three complete brackets. The inside-frame MB1541 is listed separately as one mount, not the same three-piece outside-frame kit.

Application and ordering

Choose the correct side of the frame rail for your suspension layout. Confirm the mounting width, bolt size, frame mounting area, track bar geometry, and clearance to surrounding components before ordering and installation. These are frame-mount fabrication components, not complete track bar assemblies or vehicle-specific bolt-on kits.
