Installation and supporting parts

  • Use the exact engine/load-specific spring set, not a gas, diesel, 392 or 4xe substitute. Actual lift varies with model, weight and accessories; the stated height is nominal.
  • At 3.5 and 4.5 inches the common manual requires front lower and rear upper adjustable control arms and BOTH adjustable track bars. Selected Stage 3/4 kits include the required arm positions. Kits without included bars require both bars separately. Do not buy duplicates for a Plus package.
  • Professional installation and full suspension cycling/alignment are recommended. The manual includes brake-line bracket trimming, parking-brake cable routing and clearance checks. Higher-lift rear track-bar relocation requires drilling. Do NOT install that relocation bracket on 392 or High Tide models; follow the manual application exception.
  • Overland kits include front control-arm geometry-correction drop brackets; minor frame clearancing/grinding can be required. EVO positions Overland for road and lighter off-road use rather than hard rock crawling. Standard Enforcer kits do not include those drop brackets.
  • For 2.5-inch kits, the manual permits factory Rubicon wheels only with a qualified shock/extension arrangement and maximum 28.5-inch extended shock length. Sport/Sahara applications require wheels with 5 inches or less backspacing or appropriate spacers. Higher lifts require 5 inches or less backspacing or suitable spacers. Verify actual wheel, brake, tire, fender, bump-stop and full-travel clearances; no universal tire-fit guarantee is made.
